This amount includes: your choice of party room (there are two to choose from), tables, chairs, and unlimited access to the farm for up to 20 participants. All you have to do is bring the decorations, plates, napkins, cutlery, and cake! Outside food and drink will be allowed.
For those parents following a hectic schedule, who may not have the luxury of time for shopping and decorating for their little one’s birthday celebration, this is the package for you! Let Country Road’s event coordinator take on all the headache of setting up for the party! Just give us the theme you are wanting with some photographs to use as guidelines, and we will: decorate the room, purchase all party supplies, set out favors for each guest 12 and under, and even order the cake!
$75 Booking Deposit - This deposit will be returned to you as a discount towards your total rental purchase, as long as the room is left in a clean manner without damage.
If the room is left in major disarray or needing repair, the $75 deposit will be kept covering the cost of cleaning and repair.
*For parties with more than 20 participants* - $10 will be added for every participant exceeding 20.
*A “participant” is anyone who will be utilizing the facilities such as the hay rides, bounce pillow, indoor swings, toddler play area, and petting zoo. If family members wish to come and observe only, then they are not classified as participants.
