About Special Events at the Fun Farm

When: Special Events can be scheduled on any mutually agreed upon date. Simply fill out the form below with a couple of date options, and we will do our best to schedule your event on an available date/time.

NOTE: Your event date is not officially booked until the confirmation invoice has been received and the non-refundable deposit has been paid. 

Special events may be booked after 5pm on Monday – Friday, and anytime between 9am and 8pm on Saturdays. Special events must be booked as a minimum 2 hour block, but additional time can be added on for $100 per hour.

Deposits: In order to book a special event at the farm, the host/hostess/group must submit a non-refundable $250 deposit along with a refundable* $100 cleanup deposit. The $250 event deposit is forwarded towards your event total, including admission for guests. No portion of this deposit may be refunded. The $100 cleanup deposit will be held until the rented facilities are inspected at the end of the event. If the facilities are left in good condition, without need for extensive cleanup or repair, the $100 cleanup deposit will be fully refunded to the booking account.

Rescheduling Policy: We understand that events may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather, or for other unforeseen circumstances. Events that have been confirmed with payment of the deposits can be rescheduled to another mutually agreed upon date/time within the same calendar year. Event deposits may not be forwarded as a credit to another fiscal year, thus any deposits expire as of Dec. 31st of the booking year.

Guest List: Admission bracelets are required for any guests 2 and older, including adults. You may choose to purchase Fun Farm admission bracelets for as many or as few of your guests as you like by completing our Guest List (PDF attachment on event invoice). Anyone not on the Guest List will be required to pay their own admission to the farm.

Special Event Admission Details:

  • Admission is required for all guests 2 years and older, including adults.
  • Admission is $10/person.
  • The $250 deposit paid by the host/hostess will be applied to the admission of guests.
  • (Examples: 40 guests x $10 = $400 – $250 deposit = $150 remainder due; 20 guests x $10 = $200 covered by the initial deposit.)
  • Guests may NOT enter the farm without an admission bracelet. This is important for the security of the families on our property.

Special Event Add-Ons

Having an entire farm at your fingertips makes for a really exciting experience, but there are even more activities and amenities you can add to make the experience extra memorable!

Party Rooms –

  • We have an enclosed meeting/party room on the front porch that is perfect for keeping decorations, gifts, and food out of the elements. It seats 16 at one time with overflow seating on the front porch of the barn. It’s a little more protection that the picnic table areas from the elements, but still right next door to the indoor play action in the barn!
    PRICE: $75
  • The Gift Shop is an adorable farm-house offering air-conditioned party space (20-person capacity) with immediate overflow to the back dining patio (65-person capacity), 2 additional restrooms, and a retail/souvenir store front with a quaint and inviting country tea-room atmosphere.
    PRICE: $150

NOTE: Outside food and drink is allowed. Coolers and electric warmers are permitted. Please, no open flame or combustible cooking methods. We cannot cool or reheat outside food in our kitchens.


Add the warmth and smell of a good ol’ fashioned bonfire to your Special Event. It’s the best way to get everyone gathered in the same place, sharing time and space with one another!

COST: $50 per hour (Due in addition to the event deposit at time of booking.)

Additional Details:

  • Seating is included. Please let us know if you will need roasting skewers prior to your event.
  • Outside food and drink is allowed.

Private Event & Party Reservations


Reservation Deposit – In order to reserve your event, the required deposit must be submitted. The deposit will be applied to the event total. If the deposit is not paid within 5 business days, the selected event date will be returned to the public queue. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

Final Payment – The balance due for your event must be paid in full before the scheduled event activities begin. Any scheduled activities will not be permitted to proceed until proof of payment is secured.
